Programming With a Purpose

Kingsley Co group classes are not generic fitness sessions filled with the same 20 moves every week. Each format is written on a four-week progressive programming block by a certified head coach — meaning the class you take in week four is measurably harder and more specific than the one you took in week one. Class sizes are capped at 12 participants to ensure every coach can monitor form, offer cues, and scale movements for individual ability. Whether you're attending Strength & Conditioning on a Monday morning or a Saturday Mobility Lab, the session is designed to move your fitness forward in a specific direction, not just leave you sweaty and guessing. All classes are bookable 72 hours in advance via the member app.

Current Class Formats

Strength & Conditioning

A 60-minute session structured around a primary strength movement (squat, press, or hinge pattern) paired with a metabolic conditioning finisher. Loads are prescribed by percentage of estimated max — you track your own numbers each week and progress them systematically.

Cardio Engine

45 minutes of interval-based cardiovascular work on assault bikes, rowing machines, and ski ergs. Protocols rotate between lactate threshold, VO2 max intervals, and longer aerobic base work — designed to build real engine capacity, not just burn calories.

Mobility Lab

A 50-minute floor-based session targeting hip, thoracic, shoulder, and ankle mobility. Led by a coach with a corrective exercise specialization, this class is programmed to complement the heavier lifting sessions and reduce injury risk over longer training blocks.

Kettlebell Fundamentals

A technique-first class covering swings, cleans, presses, and Turkish get-ups at moderate loads. Suitable for beginners and intermediate lifters who want to add kettlebell work to their practice without picking up bad habits that compound over time.

Partner AMRAP

A 45-minute team-based conditioning session where two-person teams work through as-many-rounds-as-possible circuits. Formats rotate weekly and cover bodyweight, dumbbell, and sled-based movements — a class regulars describe as the fastest 45 minutes in their week.

Recovery Flow

A 40-minute guided breathwork and movement session scheduled every Sunday morning. Combines low-intensity mobility work with deliberate nervous system downregulation — designed for athletes who train five or more days per week and need structured recovery, not just a rest day.

“The Strength and Conditioning class at Kingsley Co changed how I think about group training. The coach tracks what I lifted the previous week and tells me exactly what load to hit that day. After 10 weeks I added 15 pounds to my back squat without grinding through a single junk session.”

How Class Booking Works

All classes are available to Performance and Elite members at no additional charge and are included in the weekly schedule. Foundation members can add individual class drop-ins at $12 per session or upgrade to Performance for unlimited access. Booking opens 72 hours before each session through the Kingsley Co member app. Cancellations made less than four hours before class result in a forfeited booking to keep attendance fair for members on the waitlist. Classes that reach minimum enrollment (four participants) are confirmed; under-enrolled classes are cancelled by 8 PM the evening prior with full booking credit returned. The weekly schedule is published every Thursday for the following week and adjusted seasonally based on member demand and coach availability.
