At Kingsley Co, membership is straightforward: you pick the plan that fits how often you show up and what you need when you're here. Our Foundation tier gives you full open-gym access to every machine, free weight, and functional training area — no restricted zones, no upsell traps. The Performance tier adds unlimited group classes and one monthly movement-assessment session with a staff coach. The Elite tier includes bi-weekly personal training, priority booking for specialty workshops, and guest passes for training partners. All tiers include locker room access, towel service, and complimentary fitness testing every 90 days so you can track exactly what the equipment and coaching are doing for your numbers. No annual contracts required on any tier — month-to-month by default, with a small discount if you prepay quarterly.

Membership Questions, Answered

Is there a contract or sign-up fee?

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. There is a one-time $25 key-fob and enrollment fee when you sign up. If you prepay a full quarter upfront, that fee is waived and you get an additional 8% off the monthly rate.

Can I freeze my membership if I travel or get injured?

Yes. Members on any tier can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year at no charge. Submit the freeze request at least 5 days before your next billing date via the member app or at the front desk. Medical freezes beyond 60 days are handled case-by-case.

What's included in the fitness testing?

Every 90 days, you can schedule a complimentary 30-minute fitness assessment with a staff coach. It covers a movement quality screen, a strength benchmark (squat, hinge, push, pull), and a cardiovascular baseline. Results are logged in your member profile so you can see measurable progress over time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier mid-month?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Both changes can be made through the member app or by speaking with staff at the front desk — no paperwork required.

Do guest passes work for all facilities?

Elite members receive two guest passes per month. Each pass grants the guest full open-gym access for a single day, including locker room facilities. Guests must be 18 or older and sign a standard liability waiver at the front desk. Guest passes cannot be rolled over month to month.
